Being a fitness junkie, health nut, and barely one year old vegan, I’m privy to (and maybe a bit paranoid about) my insatiable need to maintain a healthy amount of protein, vitamins and minerals in my diet. VeganSmart’s Apple Pie Smoothie

To make VeganSmart’s Apple Pie Smoothie, you will need:

1/2 cup overnight water-soaked organic rolled oats drained of excess water

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon almond butter

1/2 diced apple

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup water

1 scoop of VeganSmart Vanilla

Add all of these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
