Explore a whole new vibrant menu courtesy of TRIO’s new Chef Jeremy Loomis, who brings an elevated array of options along with major A-game culinary skills from San Diego.

The popular Palm Springs restaurant and bar located in the center of the Uptown Design District is known for its orange accented façade. It has a lively happy hour bar and serves up a beautifully prepared dinner menu showcasing the farms and purveyors used in the area.

Share fresh Tuna Tartar that arrives like art, A5 Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with a dried olive crunch, and Crab Croquettes loaded with lump crab.

All pasta is made in-house, which is rare in Palm Springs. We adored the Bucatini Pomodoro with a big soft meatball.

Meat lovers will appreciate the Snake River Farms Wagyu ribeye as it can be cooked perfectly warm red and can be paired with charred creamy sweet and sour Mexican street corn (elote) as a side.

A stellar cocktail list offers exciting options like a tequila espresso martini called Good Night Out, a cucumber basil Triotini, and PHAT (pretty hot and tempting) made with Mezcal, jalapeno tequila, watermelon, lemon, orgeat, Campari, and tajin.

Happy Hour is offered daily from 4 PM – 6 PM. $4 Beer | $6 Wine | $10 Martinis and Bar Food specials

Palm Springs’s famous bacon-wrapped Aziz Farms dates with jalapeno aioli can still be found on the Happy Hour Menu.

Dessert will be a hard decision here, but sample a Chocolate Martini after-dinner drink or the Olive Oil Cake with Mint Yogurt, Spiced Pistachio, Pluot plums with a scoop of Pistachio Gelato. A blissful ending to a sensational meal, better than some of the most highly sought-after venues in Palm Springs.
