Pay homage to one of LA’s favorite cocktails (triple sec, tequila, and lime juice) with one of our fun versions and thank Mexico for creating this official drink of having fun in 1938.

Codigo 1530 Rosa Skinny Margarita

2 parts  Código 1530 Rosa Tequila

1 part lime Juice

1 part monk fruit syrup

Pour salt onto a small plate. Use the wedge of lime to wet the rim of a margarita glass. Dip the rim into the salt and fill the glass with ice.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice & ingredients.

Shake & pour into prepared glass.

A Cristalino Clear Margarita

1 ½ oz. Avión Reserva Cristalino

1 oz. Filtered Lime Juice

1 oz. Simple Syrup

Add one and a half ounces of Avión Reserva Cristalino, filtered lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker. Stir gently until thoroughly mixed and strain carefully through a fine mesh strainer. Strain over coupette glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

Codigo 1530 Reposado Cadillac Margarita

2oz Codigo 1530 Reposado

1.5oz Italic-us

1.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5oz Agave Nectar

Shaken & served over large rock or over ice

Frozen Watermelon Margarita

1 ½ ounces Altos Anejo tequila

1 ½ ounces triple sec

¼ medium watermelon (diced and frozen)

1 medium lime

Kosher salt for the rim & mint

Cut watermelon into large cubes and freeze 6 hours or overnight Combine watermelon cubes, tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice in a high-speed blender Blend until thick and smooth Serve into a Margarita glass and enjoy!
