Rich chocolate with just the right hint of fresh mint tops and fills the most lovely, soft, flakey pastry in STKs newest sweet by Executive Pastry Chef Abbie White, the STK PopTRT. The larger than bite size morsel is simply perfect to enjoy on the fly with coffee, a favorite liquor, even a decadent hot cocoa. Actually, it’s good enough to just indulge in all by itself. On the heels of The ONE Group’s unique desserts (i.e. STK’s Drunkin Donuts and Asellina’s Crolato), STK has created a holiday dream dessert treat that is perfectly sized to feel decadent, yet still fairly guiltless. Well, almost! The beloved grab-and-go pop tart is all grown and boozed up for the holidays with a chocolate peppermint liquor ganache that is seriously to-die-for! YUM! Who needs guilt, anyways!

The specialty dessert is available at STK LA, as well as across the country at STK NY, STK DC and the newcomer STK Miami, which is set to open in December. For those who can’t make it into a STK location or have to have a platter full for your holiday guests (or maybe just to satiate your own appetite for delight), you are invited to download the recipe and re-create this nostalgic treat at home. And if you go for it, be sure to share your experience using the hashtag #STKPopTRT.

Excellent blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress
or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m
totally confused .. Any recommendations? Many thanks!
