On Monday, January 11 the lunch menu launches at Bourbon Steak in LA, one of the many Michael Mina restaurants sprouting across America.
Hold your diet for January because this is where you want to go to indulge. Vegans beware, the burger and steak game is in high gear. Known for their award-winning steaks, Chef Johnson let us know that they will be doing theme based lunches to keep things interesting, like Little Italy and Jewish Deli. A fixed price 3 course menu for lunch will also be offered for around $28.
To my surprise, when restaurants with such a fine reputation get so popular, I get leery but everything on the lunch menu was outstanding! We can’t even pick a favorite. We adored the Duck Spring Rolls, Trio of Ceviche, Beets and Burrata, Chinese Chicken Salad (not the way you are thinking), Chopped Tuna Nicoise, and Chilled Crab Soba. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger is just $12. The Steak Frites was chimichuri skirt steak perfection, and even the California Chicken Sandwich with a nice medley of avocado, sprouts, and sauce was delicious. Definitely try the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse or the Lemon Olive Oil Cake with pistachio nuts for dessert.
Bourbon Steak is the reason you want to drive to Glendale! This sexy, modern establishment with first class service is here to stay, so why not make a trip to one of the best steak houses in America and sample their luscious lunch? Lunch hours are from 11:00 am – 2:30 pm.
