Our 5th year at Sundance in Park City, Utah continued to bring daily inspiration from creatives all over the world, whether that be documentary film makers, photographers, fashion designers, writers, PR mavens, or snow bunnies. The crowded streets of Sundance Winter Wonderland were abuzz with giddy delight as party goers made connections from one event to the next, whether that be rapper Nas singing live outside or festival goers hopping in one of the many virtual reality lounges or parties that lined the streets.
Once again, so many sponsors provided Swag-a-licious gear for Sundancers to try out or take home… My own personal favorite of 2016 that I plan to test in LA soon – A hydrogen car that I can borrow for a few days.
Sundance Swag Favorites:

Gorgeous Canadian outerwear brand Moose Knuckles donned us in red coats with detailed stitching and their signature metal moose knuckle symbol on the sleeve earning us a ticket in to pop-up Tao Park City every night so we could dance the night away with various guest DJ’s like Brody Jenner, DJ Vice, and Politik. Moose Knuckles, new to the States, has quickly earned a large celebrity fan base based on Sundance wearers like Gabrielle Union and Nick Jonas who rocked jackets from Moose Knuckles’ new Flex Core Category while other celebs like Joe Jonas and Nathalie Emmanuel sported bold pieces from the brand’s Fashion Collection. Abigail Spencer, Natasha Lyonne, Logan Lerman, Lil Jon, AnnaLynne McCord, The Chainsmokers, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Tyler Posey, Erin Moriarty, Carly Steel, Liz Hernandez, and more were also spotted wearing Moose Knuckles at this year’s Sundance Film Festival!

Tables were abuzz with Who’s Who? and of course so many girls (and LA guys) had their panties in a bunch when Entourage’s Adrian Grenier spent the night partying at Tao. I just happened to meet two of his girlfriends in the bathroom (one past, one current – who knows?) who were both having fits over the star.
Friends came home with gorgeous coats and boots from the Kari Feinstein’s Style Lounge and we scooped up a few fun products like Canada Goose warm weather shearling lined pilot hats . The Variety Lounge showcased the men’s Dockers line with yummy sweaters for our dads and beaus, streamlined puffer jackets, and plaid button down shirts. Our favorite new friends, the 5th generation of Woolrich, Josh Rich and friends shared with us their gorgeous long fur lined jackets for the hip and classy.
At Debbie Durkin’s EcoLuxe Lounge powered by Choices Recovery and Shriners Hospitals for Children, guests like Jason Ritter, High School Musical star KayCee Stroh (who just celebrated her 10 year anniversary of the debut of the film), Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin, Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor and his girlfriend were having a blast learning about new products and posing for photos while nibbling healthy bites from Whole Foods and Fit Food 2 You and sipping La Croix Sparkling flavored Waters and Bulletproof Coffee. The event was hosted by How2Girl Courtney Sixx who was interviewing media peeps while live music was spun by Vanderpump Rules star DJ Mike Shay. Our favorite swaga-licious finds included eco-friendly boots and shoes from Burnetie Shoes (especially their hip sparkly snow boots), custom easy rollable luggage in fun prints from Chariot Travelware. Handbag Republic showed off their luxury vegan-made handbags in every style and color. The Spa Montage Deer Valley also provided pampering services for all guests.

At the Indie Lounge, we discovered some more fun swag, like Rock the Vote political watches from Revolution Watch Company with all the candidates’ arms as the clock hands and comfortable handmade sandals made from rope and up cycled materials from Nomadic State of Mind. We are still currently using our durable eco-friendly computer bag from Joggo which helps improve the lives of refugees. For the bling lover, Gem Mountain Studios from Beverly Hills was showcasing their colorful gems set in a musical note.

Food items we discovered and love from Maui are coconut peanut butter and white chocolate raspberry peanut butter from North Shore Goodies. They ship anywhere and also make homemade butters, jams, spreads, syrups, sauces, and more. Other eco-friendly small batch companies included SimplyEden from Eden, Utah which makes handmade goat milk soaps and body products packed with vitamins and nutrients and oils like olive, avocado, cocoa, shea, coconut, tamanu, and babassu.

Saison Beauty featured their seasonal organic skincare which uses organic plant extracts, and is on our list of products to try.
