House of CB Los Angeles opens on Melrose with glam fashion

London based fashion label House of CB celebrated their Melrose opening June 15, their first US Flagship store in Los Angeles with a party hosted by Khloe Kardashian. We arrived surrounded my super gorgeous girls all very Kardashian looking, wearing cutout strappy dresses in blush and cream. Some pranced around in silky tops and body con dresses with V’s straight to their belly button. We wish we got the memo or could slink into one of many sexy dresses hanging in the store to fit the theme. All we could think about is where we would wear these hip hugging silhouette numbers.

From long white lacy dresses, hip hugging skirts, curve flattering jumpsuits, cleavage shaping gazing numbers, and cutout peakaboo dresses, we couldn’t wait to come back to shop. What was even more exciting were the price points. Affordable! So affordable we had to look at the tags written in pounds again. What we thought might be $1000 was around $150.

Glam pink cookies and pink champagne donned the store while photo booths added to the store fun. We ran into numerous blogger and PR friends as we gushed at all the saucy Hollywood-esque styles.

Inspired by iconic women, killer curves and everything empowering, House of CB began as an online store in 2010 by then 17-year-old founder Conna Walker. Conna started House of CB on eBay (formerly Celeb Boutique) from her bedroom at the age of 17 in 2010 and quickly taught herself the ins and outs of the industry. In just a few short years House of CB has become a rising staple amongst Hollywood celebs. House of CB’s pieces, particularly dresses, have graced famous faces (well bodies) and the pages of international magazines. The e- store has evolved from the signature bodycon dresses to gorgeous statement pieces that are unmistakably House of CB.
