Find comfort at Silver Lake’s Hyperion Public

Look no farther than Hyperion Public for elevated pub grub without losing comfort and familiarity. The warm dark environment in Silver Lake (and also in Studio City) was filled with the east side’s good looking hip crowd around 7 PM on a weekday. Friends meeting up for drinks or cozying up for dinner sporting cool wide brim hats and bush beards and definitely living up to Hyperion Public’s motto: “By the People, For the People.”

Hyperion Public Silver Lake

Built upon the foundation of a community pub five years ago, the fathers who established the joint bonded over their children in preschool and their desire to start a family-friendly neighborhood watering hole with a simple and delicious menu. A locale between Silver Lake and Los Feliz presented itself on Hyperion Boulevard and soon enough their friend Chef Paddy Aubrey, known for his exclusive gourmet macaroni and cheese catering company, became Executive Chef.

We encourage you to share the following notable menu items:

Beginnings:

Asian Steak Lettuce Cups with pickled carrots, bacon coleslaw and cilantro.
