In spectacular fashion The Thompson Hotel opened its rooftop deck overlooking Pike Place Market, a grand span of Elliot Bay and the Cascade Mountain Range this weekend at their VIP brunch with abounding smiles, artful cocktails and incredible noshes, hot off the press from their newly released menu.
How could we not smile? A break in the weather, posh surroundings and a deejay spinning tunes was all we needed to feel the vibes of summer in the hottest spot in Seattle, The Nest.
Perched above the Puget Sound, Executive Chef Derek Simcik concocts an incredible array beautifully balanced hand crafter libations, including the signature Holy Flamingo, that tantalite the taste buds and awaken the senses in a bougie sort of way. Sheer subtle elegance abounds from from sip to seasonally inspired bite.
