California’s beloved winery DAOU from Paso Robles is hosting a wine pairing dinner at sexy new Santuari Restaurant, one of LaLaScoop’s favorite new spots in Toluca Lake at the Toluca Lake Tennis and Fitness Club opposite Warner Bros Studio.

Besides the enchanting setting, the California cuisine with Mediterranean flair is the reason to dine in this historic location once frequented by Clint Eastwood, Farrah Fawcett and Johnny Carson.

On Thursday, August 29th, Master Sommelier Fred Dame will be pairing wines for each of the 5-course dinner prepared by Santuari Executive Chef Brendan Mica.

Menu highlights include a Green Nectarine Summer Salad, a Green Almond Confit Salmon Crudo, a Braised Duck Ragu Pappardelle Pasta, grilled Sher Farms Wagyu Ribeye, and will be topped off with a MT Tam triple cream fig tart.
