This is our go-to bag to carry on the plane this summer as WanderFull’s woven vegan leather HydroTote helps us transport our laptops carefully with a built-in zippable laptop sleeve along with a sturdy neoprene sleeve to easily slide and hold a water bottle – as lately, I have been carrying a recyclable bottle empty and then filling it with sparkling water in the Delta Lounge before takeoff. Ricardo’s suitcases are durable! My husband has had his for 4 years. For the past several years I went through a suitcase every couple of trips because they would be broken – dented, crushed, attacked by the airport’s conveyor belt, or even returned without a wheel. I have owned the Rodeo Drive 2.0 Medium Luggage bag for a year and it has been a dream. It has lasted as it’s designed with indestructible Makrolon (polycarbonate exterior).
Plus, I love how the interior is so well designed with numerous pockets and zippers and well-made straps to hold my clothes down to avoid items shifting in the suitcase. The suitcase also moves easily so I have no issues with the wheels and besides the built-in TSA lock security (which I have never used), I like how there is a built-in compartment for my information on the outside in case the bag gets lost as last year my nametag attached to the top of the suitcase caused my bag to get jammed in a conveyor belt ripping off the tag and destroying the bag.
I really want to order the Rodeo Drive 2.0 Carry-On next in Silver Lilac for the style and durability but also the bag’s tech charging capability as you can power up from the outside.
