6 Restaurants to put at the top of your dining list for Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week 2025
Ernie’s Bar and Grill at PGA West Tournament Clubhouse in La Quinta
Celebrate culinary excellence at PGA West, the Western Home of Golf in America (including Pete Dye Stadium and Nicklaus Tournament courses). Enjoy lunch at the clubhouse overlooking the golf courses. Take your friend, loved one, or out of town golf fanatic guest for a special multicourse meal offer for lunch and dinner at Ernie’s Bar and Grill.

Thanks to French Chef Herve Glin, formerly from The Parker Palm Springs, be WOW’d by the uber fresh fare like refreshing Gazpacho blended with peach and tomato with a nice spice kick, enhanced with dabs of creamy burrata and chili oil. The Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio arrives like a piece of art with iceberg Wedge, Persian cucumbers, and a dash of pumpkins seeds and stracciatella cheese.

Lunch entrees include Sweet Chili Prawn Trio salad with grilled pineapple, a droolworthy stacked Prime Beef Smash Burger, or BBQ Chicken Sandwich.

The Dinner Menu is just as scintallating, with options like Short Rib Bolognese, Goat Cheese Raviolini, and Salmon Paillard. For dessert, choose from Brittany Crepes Flambee or Torta Gelato al Limone with marinated pear and black currant syrup.

Find more exciting standout lunch menu items on the regular menu too, such as a fresh Poke Bowl with edamame, mango, and avocado, and Steak Quesadillas with finely chopped veggies and cheese.

The Bunker Bar at PGA West will dish out gourmet gastropub fare with a Restaurant Week special offer that includes use of the Trackman Golf Simulator. But we also suggest going ahead of your meal for a private golf lesson with a world class and nationally ranked instructor like Bryan Lebedevitch who will customize the experience based on your skillset including video analysis, on course-instruction, and custom club fitting. He ignited my desire to take golf lessons with his patient and fun approach, helping a beginner feel ready to enjoy the game.

Foxy’s Kitchen and Bar in Rancho Mirage
Situated on the border of Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City, add Foxy’s to the top of your list. For a foxy night, this sexy establishment brings speakeasy vibes reminiscent of Boardwalk Empire or Peaky Blinders, as the owner, a former Navy veteran, approached our table in a vintage ensemble with wool newsboy cap. Run by Tim and Teri Fox, Tim has had a longtime run at some of America’s most well-known establishments. He came from Mister Parker’s in Palm Springs and also trained and spent time with Peter Morten of Morten’s Steakhouse.

Chicken Piccata is one of their signature dishes. Come for the dimly lit old school ambiance and other favorites like the Clam Chowder, Caesar Salad, or regular menu items like Baked Stuffed Mushrooms sitting in a surprisingly delicious sweet sauce, that you’ll want to soak in their warm crusty French bread. The crispy light avocado fries and moist carrot cake are perfect for a return visit too.
Other menu items to consider are the 8 oz Grilled Filet with Cognac Peppercorn Sauce and the 12 oz Ribeye both sliced like butter, juicy and perfectly cooked. Sides include creamy chunky mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, crispy onion rings, and more. Foxy’s serves up the best steak we’ve devoured in the Coachella Valley. Another reason to return after Restaurant Week.

Sip one of their stellar wine selection recommendations or pair your meal with one of Foxy’s traditional old school cocktails, or my personal fav, a Dirty Martini. Certain nights of the week shift to a tiki cocktail menu.
Just a year old, Foxy’s won Open Table’s Diner’s Choice Awards in 2025. Check out their menu boasting a $59 restaurant week menu for dinner.

Saffron Restaurant in Palm Springs
Dive into 2,500-year-old recipes made with modern techniques. Check out Saffron’s menu with special offers during Restaurant Week. https://www.saffronps.com/menu. Just 6 months old, Chef Sev excites guests with Persian flavors in Palm Springs.

A Persian Mule made with vodka, rose water, saffron extract, lime juice, and ginger beer is the perfect beginning, followed by the Tahdig Trio to share, as this crispy rice is topped with Saffron’s famous stews. It’s hard to share the Fesenjoon stew, as the sweet and tart flavors of chicken and eggplant with sauteed walnuts slow cooked in pomegranate molasses are so delicious and addicting.

The Mezze section features shareable dishes like Hummus, Domas, and Kashke Bademian. Expand your horizons with the Filet Kebob or Chef’s Favorite, the Zereshk Polo, a Barberry saffron rice served with saffron roasted chicken, so tender the butter-soaked meat falls off the bone. For a unique twist, try their Persian Tacos served on pita on certain nights.

The flavors and textures continue to delight and excite with dessert, as a trio not to miss includes creamy saffron ice cream with pistachio, pomegranate ice cream with baby chocolate chips, and rice noodle frozen in rose water topped with lemon juice and sour cherry juice. Consider an after-dinner cocktail to sip and savor like The Bar Rose with a glass doused in rose petals concocted with Van Gogh pomegranate vodka, gin, rose water, pomegranate juice, and lime juice.

Saffron recently extended their hours to include a late lunch service. Happy Hour is popular. Movie nights on the rooftop with bites are in the works. Find hospital workers, loyal locals, and hotels guests arriving from the back – all delighting in the magic of these inspiring specialty ingredients and dishes to bloom in the desert.
Shorebird in Palm Desert
In the heart of El Paseo’s dining and restaurant strip, reminding me of Beverly Hills of the desert, find sleek Shorebird, located at the end of the strip in a cheery sun-soaked location perfect for dining inside with AC or upstairs on the patio. A $35 per person brunch menu consists of a starter and main course. Choose from a Lemon Ceasar, Tomato Soup, or overstuffed deviled Bacon and Eggs.

See the menu options below and here.

A Wine and Luxury Dinner for $120 per person includes 3 courses with options like Hamachi Crudo, Filet Mignon, and Valrhona Chococlate Brownie.

On Shorebird’s regular menu, sample their signature taco platters, the Snake River Farms Wagyu Burger, and the Jay Bird’s Chicken Sandwich. A sushi menu is also available along with Japanese Black Cod, Tempura Rock Shrimp, and other raw fish delights. Try a refreshing cocktail to beat the heat like a Mezcal Blood Orange Margarita.

Heirloom Craft Kitchen in Indio
Dine outdoors on Heirloom Craft Kitchen’s big patio or inside with AC, and order up their $25 lunch special:

We also love items on the regular menu, like the Big Taco Salad with crispy flour tortilla loaded with carnitas, shrimp, beef, or chicken plus truffle tater tots or deviled eggs with bacon and pickled Jalapeno. Grilled watermelon salad, Baja style tacos, Indio Cubano, La Quinta Cheesesteak, and House Smoked Tri Tip are just some of the amazing crafted options at this casual eatery.

A Vegan Menu is also available, as are adult beverages, including 40+ craft beers. A solid Brunch Menu is served early, with coffee, matcha, and tea options. Restaurant Guru voted them Best Takeaway food in 2025. Visit during Restaurant Week for their $25 lunch special – https://www.heirloomcraftkitchen.com
