Urban Street Art Pops Up at the Sofitel for One Night Only Thanks to Black Apple Gallery

Spray_CanBlack Apple Gallery will curate a one-of-a-kind experience premiering artworks by an unprecedented group of globally renowned and legendary street artists at Contraband 2 at Riviera 31 Lounge, Friday, August 8, from 7PM – 2AM at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

Black Apple Gallery’s co-directors, Eric Perlman and Jared Rothman are Street Art fans and collectors in Los Angeles with diverse professional backgrounds in arts and entertainment. Together, Perlman and Rothman strive to bring these notorious, many faceless, international, urban artists to the forefront of art culture in L.A. and nationwide through the production of extraordinary events.

Black Apple Gallery will transform Sofitel’s lobby and the Riviera 31 Lounge into a unique gallery space to premiere some of the world’s top and most notorious street artists known for their creations that adorn urban walls from London and Paris to Norway and Japan. Handpicked for LA’s art aficionados and fans alike, expect one-of-a-kind works created especially for this event. Exclusive to this one evening, Black Apple Gallery will release a highly anticipated, limited edition print by one of London’s foremost graffiti artists that is not to be missed.
