Visionary Women is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the status of women. Some tips we LaLaScoop’d: Take time to be unbalanced. Don’t work all the time. Deepak Chopra’s own daughter doesn’t find time to meditate every day. Hot water with lemon should be your first morning drink. Eat whole foods. Excess protein converts to sugar in your body, and thus fat.

Sponsored by GEARYS, Popcorn Chardonnay, and The Wall Street Journal, guests took home a free 3 month online subscription.
