Never Leave LA

The Harvest Bar: I Like Big Bowls and I Cannot Lie

For quick and easy healthy eating from 7 AM to 7 PM, find The Harvest Bar, a casual SuperFood Cafe in Playa del Rey and Sherman Oaks with more locations coming soon. Indulge in healthy Harvest Bowls like their Signature Bowls with açaí or dragonfruit carefully blended with healthy toppings like fruit, granola, coconut, bee pollen, and goji berries.

The Paradise (Signature Bowl) felt like dessert, and it was my first time having dragon fruit instead of an açaí bowl that included generous portions of strawberry, banana, and apple juice topped with granola, pineapple, strawberries, and coconut.

Breakfast Bowls with quinoa and oats, açaí smoothies, and the Savory Bowls (“Hot Bowls”) are my new favorite option. The Cuban and Southwest medleys are filled with healthy ingredients like organic quinoa, brown rice, black beans, jackfruit carnitas, wild arugula, cilantro, mango salsa, avocado, and cilantro cream. The yams in the Southwest Bowl were delicious along with the housemate chipotle cashew cream.

Harvest Bar focuses on wholesome and purposeful plant-based offerings with many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The most popular orders include the Super Protein, Super Greens, Cuban with Jackfruit Carnitas, Mediterranean Bowls and energy boosting Organic Butter Coffee.
