LA Times Food Bowl kicks off with a party at Grandmaster Recorders – Buy tickets now

LA is the most fascinating city in the world for diverse dining. The Los Angeles Times Food Bowl Launch Party kicks off soon to celebrate the city’s unique and eclectic thriving food scene with a month of culinary celebrations.

The monthlong festival in September presented by City National Bank will celebrate L.A.’s top culinary talent, including a special dining series in honor of The Times Restaurant of the Year and Gold Award winners. The Food Bowl’s Night Market will return with three days of themed food and drink events at Paramount Pictures Studios from September 23 – 25. Expect the best local eateries and world-renowned chefs in a series of over 30 pop-up dining events across Los Angeles, while highlighting food access, sustainability, and waste reduction issues.

The LA Times Food Bowl Opening Night party takes place at Grandmasters Recorders in Hollywood on Thursday, September 1 from 7 PM – 10 PM. Tickets are $150. The night will feature special tastings from exciting guest chefs, live DJs, cocktails, beer & wine included. We heard some of the chef tastings include Ludo Lefebvre of Petit Trois, Jon Yao of Kato, Natalia Pereira of Woodspoon, Nicole Rucker of Fat + Flour, and Justin Pichetrungsi of Anajak Thai, the LA Times Restaurant of the Year for 2022. Plus, the L.A. Times Food team General Manager Laurie Ochoa will honor this year’s recipients of the Restaurant of the Year and Gold Award with a live presentation of the awards. LA Food Bank is the event’s charity partner. Tickets are available now.
