Live Talks LA provided an intimate conversation with Supermodel Cindy Crawford. She has been on the road completing a book tour with her new book Becoming chronicling her journey from small town girl to her start in New York City to traveling all over the world, when her rise of fame occurred when blonds were the only major models and she was told to have her signature mole removed. As many of us know who grew up in the 80’s, Cindy’s career was at a time when models were truly Supermodels.

In her new book Cindy looks back at pivotal moments in her life and career, sharing engaging stories of her professional and personal evolution, and the lessons she learned along the way, illustrated by 150 stunning and iconic images, as well as never-before-published photographs from her personal archive.

She shared a funny story about sleeping in bed one night with her kids, since her husband was out with George Clooney. She woke up around midnight to check the guest bedroom, where he might sleep if he came home late. So, she crawled into bed with what she thought was her husband in the guest bedroom, to find out it was George Clooney. Her hubby was in her daughter’s room. Later, this scenario was used for a commercial for her husband’s tequila company.
