Their steam room was the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and begin this facial. Before my treatment I relaxed in the midcentury modern lounge in my plush robe, and of course sampled cookies made by the chef while downing strawberry cucumber water.
The luxurious 80 minute red carpet facial uses BABOR, a German skincare line and beauty pioneer known for their high-tech but plant-derived skincare. For over 50 years, BABOR has created anti-aging skincare and treatments that deliver remarkable results you can see and feel right away. Today was proof that this was a true statement. I have never seen such dramatic and instantaneous results with my skin.
First, my warm and friendly aesthetician Amy offered suggestions based on my skin concerns. From potions that included nettle and made my skin tingle, to a cooling agent with BABOR Beauty Fluids that were penetrated into my skin with this little Nu Skin machine using micro current technology, my skin even halfway through the treatment looked better. When she brought the mirror over, I was stunned to see my skin’s rosy glow that looked smoother and plumper. The Nu Skin machine, which can now be bought for use at home, is used for instant contouring, toning, and lifting results. My lifting experience smelled delicious with their energizing lime mandarin scent. My red carpet facial ended with a heated stone massage on my back. When I returned from my facial and shower, a glass of champagne was the final touch on this blissful mid day treat. My skin truly felt ready to walk the red carpet.
