The well known SBE Group and C3 introduced us to their brand new takeout concept – Plant Nation, a delivery-only service 100% plant-based. The entirely vegan menu created by Chef Martin Heierling features robust options for lunch and dinner like pizzas, salads, warm bowls, sandwiches, and more.
We anticipate the next 4 years of more nights at home and thus more home-cooked meals and takeout. To satiate the healthy LA lifestyle, Plant Nation satisfied us with the Gluten-Free Date Night Combo which included the Queen Supreme Pizza with Cauliflower Crust and spicy Impossible meat….

My favorite dish was the Kail Ceasar Salad with vine tomatoes and parmesan. Next time we will be ordering the Roasted Cauliflower with harissa tahini, golden raisin, mint and Dukkah spice and the Super Sexy Sesame with tofu, carrots, radishes, and wonton strips.
Customers can customize their orders with substitutions like gluten-free cauliflower crusts, meat alternative add-ons such as Beyond Foods, Beyond Meat, and Quorn Chik’n. Everything was packaged eco-friendly – perfect to take to our social distance picnic.
